要 求:
1.Major in mass communications or hospitality management is preferred;
2.At least 5 years experience in marketing communication and public relations;
3.Background in PR, good at events management;
4.Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin skills;
5.Strong relationships with consumer press and related media;
6.Sociable, confident and ability to communicate effectively.
职 责:
1.Able to participate in the development of sales budget, develop sales plans, marketing strategy, business strategy and sales strategy for restaurant and bar in the market and customer characteristics to adjust and adapt to the competitive situation;
2.Able to develop the sales program of activities for the decomposition of the implementation of a sales representative for each month of each quarter the task index. Supervising the sales representatives of in-depth market and extensive contact with customers. Check the sales representative Indicators of results, to ensure the successful completion of the task of sector sales;
3.Master the standards and scope of the preferential price of the Restaurant for every event and function. For important clients, business negotiations, signing the contract access to important customers.
4.Do the arrangements and scheduling of the work of departments and business people to understand the work situation, the implementation of reward and punishment, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of subordinates and is responsible for their assessment and promotion;
5.Public relations program of activities developed in conjunction with the relevant manager research, advertising and promotion plan to establish a good relationship with the news media, the Steering shop inside and outside public relations activities carried out, to establish a good corporate image and market reputation;
6.Master Restaurant FIT, long live, the sales structure and selling price of the business, team meetings and other types of tourists, the premise and strive to individual and business customer base, increase the average unit price, increase sales revenue, control cost of sales and advertising, promotional costs, continuously improve economic efficiency;
7.Analyses of regular meetings to participate in monthly operating report on market dynamics, to provide accurate information for the general manager of participation in decision-making. Meanwhile, sales of regular meeting of the organization department, the analysis of market dynamics, source status, the competition hands-on sales and price levels, the problems and causes of the analysis unit sales, timely improvement measures are proposed;
8.Strongly expert on online marketing and networking skills and excellent relevant restaurant and bar experience.
9.Develop departmental staff training programs, arrange training, training time, and organize regular staff training, and constantly improve the professional quality of staff and the ability to sell.
10.Responsible for product advertising and promotion of implementation of the plan, tracking, and feedback and promotional items used in the implementation and supervision;
11.Monitoring the input and output of the primary market activity, prepare and provide data processing and analysis of industry market.
