要 求：
An advanced degree in environmental science/engineering, industrial/occupational health and safety, engineering or other related degree.
Project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and/or working for an international organization in China.
Technical expertise with energy efficiency and/or environmental, health and safety related issues with Multinational Corporations or with the factory supply-chain.
Experience in training and training curriculum development.
A track record that demonstrates energy and creativity, and the ability to successfully prioritize and manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated success in project planning, financial management, program monitoring, report writing, and identifying and procuring technical assistance.

Manages the partnership relationship with University partners and the staff of the EHS Academy.
Assists the EHS Academy in recruitment and training a team of EHS trainers and regularly evaluates success of trainers.
Establishes and participates on a curriculum review panel to prepare curriculum and training materials on energy efficiency.
Coordinates training program delivery on GHG accounting with ISC’s partner.
Ensures that the EHSA training curriculum remains relevant and aligned to program and national objectives.
Develops work plans, budgets and progress reports as required.
Designs and manages program sub-components and/or related EHS or energy efficiency training projects.
Provides training in areas of technical expertise.
Establishes and maintains relationship with local EHS/EE/GHG agencies, institutions, experts and other potential local partners.
