要 求：
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, E&E or Communication Engineering and a minimum of (5) five years experience required.
Background in the identification and application of Automotive Connectivity (internet, wireless communication on Automotive) Engineering principles in the design, development, test or deployment of large scale software development systems.
Demonstrated proficiency with the computer applications appropriate to the position and assignment.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.
Must have the ability to effectively and appropriately interface and communicate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis, to include customers and internal employees.
Must have strong English writing & speaking skills.

职 责：
Contributes to the design and usability of a product throughout the conceptualization, development, and implementation process. Performs usability testing of all products. Develops user scenarios, task models, and conceptual and formal user interface (UI) prototypes. Provides appropriate support and documentation and helps maintain design and usability integrity.
Contributes to the design and usability of a product throughout the conceptualization, development and implementation process.

Facilitates conceptual design across multi-functional departments using a variety of usability methods, including reviews based on experimental testing and work-flow analyses.

Develops and implements research methodologies and statistical analysis plans to test and evaluate developmental prototypes used in new products and processes.

Works with product development, product engineering, product marketing, and related departments to coordinate usability support.

Interfaces with design engineers to establish system design, operating, and training requirements and to ensure optimized human-machine interfaces.

Develops effective design solutions that meet business, project and design goals.

Evaluates existing and new hardware designs for accessibility, ergonomic and safety concerns.

Creates user-interface design specifications and supporting the user-interface implementations.

Understand customer’s needs by developing use cases/personas and conducting user research efforts.

Performs data analysis, interprets results and prepares reports.

Develops task models, and conceptual and formal UI prototypes.

Ensures all products maintain a consistent look and feel

Provides appropriate support and documentation throughout product lifecycle.

Interprets and complies with Company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Will initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
