职位描述：
JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do
the job, and Success Factors)
? Demand planning and sales forecast management, managing abnormal demand, new products
launch demand, discontinued products demand, etc.
? Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels (warehouse, customer, product category, brand,
etc.) of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
? Use and maintain the primary forecasting system tool and ensure data updated in both
forecasting and operation system..
? Attend monthly S&OP meeting with commercial team of each segments and related functional
team to review performance and ensure future reasonable sales forecast, and align supply plan
to schedule production plan, replenishment plan, and inventory plan.
? Properly apply and improve related forecast tools and reports, coordinate and implement
Demantra project together with Oracle team
? Evaluate monthly forecast accuracy and work with commercial team as to continuously track,
coach and improve forecast performance.
? SKU review for product portfolio analysis, inventory class definition.
? Collect data for some KPI report.
? Item set up drive and maintenance from SC perspective.
? Other supportive and ad-hoc issues/projects
Requires:
? University graduated major in science, statistics, mathematics, SCM or equivalent
? Minimum 3 years or above working experience in demand forecast field within a MNC company.
? Strong interpersonal communication skills with cross functional teams and customers.
? Good command of English, both in written and oral
? Good skills on computer software, including PPT, esp. Excel.
? Strong data collective and analytical skills.
? Familiar with ERP, knowledge of Oracle is preferred
? Good knowledge of S&OP process.
Licenses/Certificates:
