要 求：
BS or equivalent major in logistics, finance, science, engineering or related field. 3-4 years of supply planning working experience. SAP/Manugistics user experience is a plus.
FMCG/Retail experience is preferred.

The Senior Supply Planner is responsible to establish and execute operation plans and objectives to drive Greater China Business by working closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Production Planning, and with company JV manufacturing site, project follow up. The Senior supply planner will have interaction with global supply planning team to implement supply planning tools. He/she will ensure that current and accurate information is used to develop supply plans and that the customer needs can be fulfilled at reasonable cost level. This position is essential to the achievement of key corporate sales and operational objectives. This position will be more independent in communicating with HQ supply planning team and will work closely with the Manager for process improvement.

Develop production schedule on weekly basis to maintain target inventory level and fulfill customer demand. Develop rough cut capacity plan for the China JV based on both China and export demand. Prepare meeting materials for monthly Greater China Supply Review and be chair person of the meeting.

Prepare daily inventory report to monitor safety stock levels and raise potential case fill concerns. Prepare daily replenishment plan to warehouse. Monthly track KPIs of supply chain metrics. Work closely with China JV Production Planning & Deployment to understand production situation. Prepare meeting materials for weekly meeting with factory and be chair person of the meeting. Prepare weekly aging report to alert the products freshness issue and push for clearance plan.

Responsible for Supply Planning tool implementing in China. Understand information flow throughout supply planning processes. Work with Global Supply Team to set up and maintain the Supply Planning System. SAP key user for master data maintenance, creating SA, goods receipt, STO

Communicate with Global Supply Team on import products orders for Greater China and China Retail store. Make sure products supply meets demand timely.

Support new products launch projects. Work with Marketing, Sales, demand planning and Operations to make sure new products launch on time.
