职位： Project Development Engineer
To accomplish, working with Marketing, BUs and Operations teams, launch, renovation and value analysis projects.
Study upstream the technical and economic feasibility, planning and viability of Marketing launch briefs
Advise marketing by providing technical solutions and innovation opportunities and by anticipating industrial and economic problems
Formalize the marketing definition of the product, in respect of the QCP system
Calculate and communicate price estimates and consolidate the investment file
Prepare and follow through detailed product development schedules
Mobilize project members and chase them as necessary
Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external stakeholders for decision making
Alert management and BUs in the event of risks, drift and projects' s functioning (planning, resources, costs, financial risks)
Ensure the development of shades (BAT), shade brackets, fault panoplies and graphic chain management (BAG)
Follow through commercialization agreements and non-conformity treatment
