职位描述

要 求:
Bachelor's degree or above
At Least 3 years solid HR BP/generalist working experience in MNC or FIEs with 600+ employees.
Proficient knowledge in Labor law;
Good communication and influencing skills, ability to build partnerships with departments/line manager, and senior manager in each OpCo
Well organized, structured approach for problem solving with carefulness, fairness & integrity mind set;
Good project management experiences and excellent execution skills, Demonstrated ability to function independently, multi-task and realign priorities as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
Hardworking, integrity, open minded and team player spirit
Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
Self-initiative, flexible, well-organized, Independent and detail oriented
Ability to handle various tasks independently under pressure and intensive time schedule
Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style

职 责:
Develops, coordinates and directs a variety of human resource programs in China

Deliver HR support and advice for China senior management

Understand professionally HR practices accompanied with China OpCos and China group’s overall strategy

Develops employee relation and motivates employee’s activity for work by applying a variety of employee relations and communication programs

Execute various HR projects in OpCos and China region.

Responsibilities:
Identify and implement HR Best Practice including people development, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, reward systems and other HR modules
Work closely with HR team to successfully deliver leading edge projects to support business strategy
Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs and practices in each OpCo
Fosters effective communication between employees and management
Deliver HR support and advice for senior management in each OpCo
Function as a HR central Point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to management team
Act as a business partner to manage and support Talent Development, Succession planning and other regional projects
Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence in OpCos
Ensure the high quality and timely support to business in the process of HR practices and processes
Initiate various HR projects in OpCo and China head office to support group and OpCo’s long term business strategy and needs
Provide consultancy to business leaders regarding questions related to company policy, labor law and performance problems;
Resolve personnel issues. Work with business leaders to handle labor dispute or conflict that come up
Monitor regular assessments of employee morale and satisfaction; identify needed actions plans to enhance the employee engagement.
Come up with the action plan to enhance the employee stability and decrease the employee turnover
Conduct internal audits to identify possible violations and makes recommendations of appropriate actions to resolve issues
