要 求：
1. College degree and above with Accounting/Finance-related major
2. Minimum 3 years' accounting working experience, working with Western and/or international companies an advantage
3. Familiar with Excel, Word, and other office applications
4. Fluency in written and reading English; basic English speaking skills with willingness to learn and improve speaking skills
5. SAP experience will be an advantage

6. Good time management skills, highly self-motivated and have strong sense of responsibility
7. Good team working spirit and communication skills
8. Able to travel by train, bus, car, plane, or other common carrier to visit plant location

职 责：
General Description: The Accountant provides support to the Accounting function by being responsible for the daily maintenance of information and report generation in the SAP/Business One system for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger.

Main work scope:

1. AP (35%)
a. Input non-trade A/P - Vendor payment data entry, prepare voucher
b. Making bank related payment vouchers
c. Prepare TC AP aging report monthly, and check the balance with SAP GL balance after closing.
d. Control all expenditures related to suppliers invoices, office expense.

2. AR (35%)
a. Timely entry and posting incoming payments, assign incoming down-payments to related SO and clear the AR open item.
b. Prepare TC AR aging report monthly, and check the balance with SAP GL balance after closing.
c. Update TC AR collection plan monthly with sales team, issue reminder to them if AR is overdue 60 days

3. GL(20%)
a. Process the daily general ledger activities to obtain and record financial data, prepare for B/S account reconciliation and analysis; ensure the timeliness and accuracy
b. Closely monitor cash flow status and prepare cash flow forecast report of TC
c. Handle the Fixed Asset management and manage the physical Verification.

4. Support on ad hoc projects (10%)
