Job Duty：
-Work as a country role with all relevant parties for both leadership and professional training programs;
-Work out training plan, schedule, nomination and implementation for leadership courses together with country/regional/global team;
-Arrange trainings for management associates and China leadership pipelines, and other population when needed;
-Coordinate online registration, reporting and communication on professional trainings with training center;
-In charge of training related budget, vendor management and payment;
-Support L&D head on the training and development for faculty members;
-In charge of communication with business heads, HR generalist team, faculties and participants;
-Responsible for training material and classroom set up.
-Other training related projects.
