要 求:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the design or use of ink jet products.
Fluency in one or more of the Chinese languages, and in English.
Experience working in China.
Experience with industrial piezo ink jets.
Ability to convey technical solutions using both written and oral communication.
Ability to work across many functional departments as part as a team, as well as, working directly with customers with minimum supervision.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively present technical and program information and communicate with peers, customers, and management at all levels.
Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% of the time (travel in or out of China)

Customer Support Engineer (China) – 喷墨打印机(2-months training in US)
SUMMARY
Provides dedicated technical support to customers in China.
This includes pre-sales, applications engineering, and continuing technical support.
Makes presentations on all aspects of products. Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
Assists in implementing customer installation plans.
Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information for specific applications.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.
DUTIES:
Understand and advise on issues with Printhead performance, maintenance, and reliability, and also ink behavior, pneumatic and ink delivery systems, imaging software, data and control electronics, mechanical precision and image quality.
Deliver timely responses to customer inquires.
Creatively analyze complex, vague, and difficult customer problems.
Develop and conduct investigations to determine root cause of, and find solutions to, product and applications problems.
Prepare and provide reports on the status of customer products, issues and opportunities.
Travel to customer sites, often on short notice.
Conduct training programs.
Develop training literature and programs.
Develop technical support documentation.
Provide input to product planning and upgrade activities.
