要 求：
University Degree in Quality Control, Materials, Engineering, or other related field;
More than 3 years working experience in Engineering, Quality Control or Sourcing;
Willing to travel on business related trips;
Good proficiency in both written and oral English;
Ability to take pressure and be a good team work player.

职 责：
Ensure that suppliers are meeting delivery, quality and costing target at all time;
Evaluate the suitability of new and existing suppliers for new projects from factories, on quality and technical perspective;
Ensure the successfulness of project implementations including ensuring that suppliers follow the adopted Quality procedures;
Communication to senior purchasing, sourcing council, executive management, purchasing performance managers/operations, and group purchasing
