职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure store material goes on smoothly through supplier good delivery, quality and competitive cost.
- Be able to solve delivery & quality issues and continue to improve supplier capabilities
- Tracking raw material trend in the market in order to forecast the change and negotiate best price.
- Development, assessment, management and maintain supplier relationship in order to secure delivery and quality.
- Implement, develop and optimize the procurement process, quality control and procurement costs;
- Using the standard tools to evaluate supplier, and implement supplier sourcing strategy
- Coordinate with other departments on project development and supplier selection.
- Other tasks will be assigned according to the requirements
- Reports to the Store Development Director
Key Measuring Parameters:
- Accurate and on time analysis report submission
- Sourcing new suppliers
- Keep project development on time and in line with saving target
- Set up strategic development plan on purchase and supplier management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in management or logistics-related field. Frequent English in reading and writing is must.
- More than five years relevant work experience, 3 years management experience related to procurement of foreign company work experience is preferred;
- Familiar with the tender and procurement processes, vendor evaluation and relevant quality system standards; innovation on problem solving, cost innovation and management.
- Familiar with the material character and price, have a stronger sense of cost control and negotiation skills;
- Has good Leadership skill, a strong sense of responsibility global mind-set, leads by example, thinking strategically, continuously improving existing procedure and team competency.
