职位描述：

1、 Managing General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury (Cash Management, Investments and Foreign Exchange), Tax Compliance & Reporting and Forecasting & Budgeting；

2、 Responsible for maintaining integrity of the financial statements, proper control and reconciliation ；

3、 Confirming proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions, reporting and compliance under US GAAP and PRC GAAP, as applicable；

4、 Implementing and monitoring corporate accounting policies and procedures；

5、 Providing financial analysis and reports to US Corporate and local management team；

6、 Assisting local management team in strategic and financial planning, analysis, business development activities and providing support on various finance related matters；

7、 Coordinating with Corporate Treasury for various cash management and other treasury related activities ；Coordinating with Corporate Tax for various tax related activities；

8、 Coordinating with Internal Audit on activities related with internal control and compliance；

9、 Coordinating various finance related I/T projects with I/T department，annual audit and quarter-end review with outside auditors.

职位要求：

1、Minimum 8-10 years of related accounting and finance experience including 5-7 years of management level experience with increasing responsibilities in multinational company；

2、PRC and US GAAP experience；

3、Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance；

4、Certified Public Accountant；

5、Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English and Chinese)；

6、 Able to influence, train and mentor staff to achieve the desired objectives.
