Responsibilities
-Responsible to coordinate and prepare the company in achieving and sustaining or maintaining the required Quality Management Systems' Standards (ISO 9001) which include but not limited to monthly/annually internal audit and management review as planned by the manager.
-Responsible in setting up and maintain the Document Control system that would be able to accommodate the documentation link with other company sites and also all controlled documents that required in the company.
-Responsible as company interface for any "Change Management" such as PCN/PEN from design center (Fujisawa) and work internally with respective process owner to get the PCN being implemented.
-Responsible to work with design center to maintain the correct product safety registration and records as preparation for site inspection by Product Safety Agency such as UL and TUV on periodic basis.
-Responsible to work or liaise with design center Product Environment Team on issue related to HSF (Hazardous Substance Free) at this manufacturing site.
-Provide directions and supports to the respective sections for bringing up the ISO knowledge of IQS administrative staffs as well as morale.
-Work closely among inter-sections and inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance.
-Preferably with at least 2 years in a HDD manufacturing environment.
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 or TS16949 is a must.
-Knowledge of Product Safety (UL & TUV) is a must.
-Experience and good auditing skill
-Ability to plan and coordinate resources (capital for equipment, spending budget and man power) to meet section's operation requirements and quality target.
-Knowledge and application of Quality Tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiment (DOE) or its equivalent.
-Knowledge of Six Sigma or Six Sigma Black Belt will be added advantage.
