Main Job Responsibilities:
Mission - To provide excellent services globally which enable Unilever to win in the market by
? Work with Global team to implement global projects for North Asia countries, ensure projects implementation on time and on cost
? leveraging cost-effective, best practice, global solutions across Unilever to meet cost reduction KPI
? making continuous improvement in both cost and service an integral part of our ways of working
? building a professional services organisation that enables our people to give their best
? developing win-win relationships with selected providers to meet our current and future requirements
The key benefits from ES are expected to be:
? Lower cost of delivery through standardisation, simplification, process harmonisation & scale leverage.
? Better user experience by delivery of integrated service bundles to end-user.
? Continuous improvement through end-to-end process ownership
? Review and resolve service performance issues of live operations. Escalate repetitive persistent issues to Process Office or global support function
? Lead and participate in regular governance meetings with 3rd Party Service Providers, country controller and finance managers
? Hold 3rd Party Service Provider/s to account, via SLA’s, to deliver the best quality services
? Analysing and reporting on P2P Global Performance Metrics. Continuously challenging the current performance metrics through end-to-end continuous improvement projects and lean projects
? Working closely with P2P Process Office and Procurement Services to develop practical solutions to support business growth based on data analysis
? Assisting the Manager in the implementation of Global P2P Transformation projects, new workflow/tool/ERP roll-out.
This role will be responsible for supporting the P2P Operations Manager in the Service Delivery in North Asia within the retained Unilever team and through 3rd party service providers.
Relevant Experience
· University Graduate (or similar experience)
· 5 years’ experience in finance area, operational or service management position in multi-national company
· Strong knowledge of PTP process or system, familiar with SAP, experience at Microsoft office tools
· Familiar with service mind set with an always ‘can do’ attitude
· Transformation/knowledge transfer/project management experience is a plus
· BPO experience preferred
