  Ensure the safety production, ensure on time delivery, take failure analysis, reduce or eliminate the nonconforming product, save labor hour as well as control costs, and ensure that the organization can make as much profit as possible

  1.负责完成有机化学以及生化相关产品的技术转移，生物镀膜过程标准化并和R&D有效沟通，解决 生产工艺上的相关问题 30%
  Responsible for technical and product transfer of organic and bio-chemical products from R&D, Bio-coating process standardized, and communicate with R&D in US effectively to solve production and process issues
  2.负责产品失效分析，及时解决生产过程中的问题，监控并有效控制产品质量 30%
  Responsible for Failure analysis, Solve production and process issues on time; monitor and actively control product quality changing trend.
  3.按时按需为生产部及QC部提供各种试剂和稀释剂 10%
  Provide various reagent and thinner to production department and QC department by fixed schedule and particular needs
  4.监测和主动控制产品质量指标的变化趋势 20%
  Monitor and actively control product quality index changing trend;
  5.能对生物传感器和试剂的生产提出合理化建议，有效降低材料和生产工艺的成本 10%
  Propose reasonable suggestions on bio-sensor and reagent production to effectively decrease material and production process costs.

Minimum Qualifications: (List the minimum qualifications and experience this position requires. Only list those areas that are essential to this position. Be as specific as possible, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, 5 – 7 years relevant work experience).
  1.Bachelor degree; Master degree highly preferred in Organic chemistry, surface chemistry, biochemistry or other related-major 有机化学、表面化学、生物化学或其他相关专业的本科学位，硕士学位优先
  2.3 years working experiences related to Chemistry Manufacturing, including both Bio/Protein Chemistry and Organic Chemistry or protein bio-lab, protein bio-chip experience is preferred 3年有机化学、药厂生产技术支持经验
  3.Familiar with protein connection, marking and anti-body purification technology了解蛋白质连接、标记和抗体的纯化技术
  4.Well operate instrument to conduct protein or anti-body quantitative measurement, and dynamics test愿意学习应用仪器定量测定蛋白质或抗体以及动力学测试
  5.Good command of English, both verbal and written良好的英文听说读写能力
