工作职责摘要：
1.负责变频器新产品试作及产线架设；
2.主导变频器试作问题分析及改善；
3.处理变频器生产过程中的异常问题；
4.制定变频器新产品标准化工作文档；
5.推行精益生产。

职位要求：
1.本科或以上学历，工程类相关专业，具有良好的英文沟通能力；
2.熟悉新产品试作流程,及精益生产概念；
3.三年以上制造业工作经验，二年以上变频器（VFD）制造经验。
4.能独立分析并处理变频器新产品试作过程中出现的问题；
5.能独立制定及改善变频器生产的SOP、PFMEA、CP文档。

Job Description:
1.Responsible for the trial run of VFD model and product line constructing.
2.Lead the analysis and improvement for the trial-run issue of VFD model.
3.Deal with the abnormal problems during VFD producing.
4.Draft and release the SOP etc. documents of VFD model.
5.Promote the Lean production process.

Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering or related.
2.Familiar with trial run process of new product and lean production.
3.More than 3 years’ work experience in manufacturing including at least 2 years work experience in VFD manufacturing.
4. Capable of analyzing and dealing with the problems in phase of new product introduction independently.
5.Can draft and improve the documents of SOP plus PFMEA and CP independently.

1）工作地点：深圳市盐田区沙头角保税区16栋，在沙头角客运站（盐田汽车站）下车，下车后步行到我司约5分钟（我司外墙体为蓝白相间颜色）。
