A. Interpersonal skills of a very high order, including the ability to effectively supervise,
co-ordinate, and develop individuals and teams as well as work as a team member to thoroughly and effectively achieve objectives in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Safe Working practices.

B. Ability to communicate in English would be an advantage.

C. Sound knowledge, appropriate trade qualification and experience in hydraulics, especially with regard to plant and equipment. Experience with diagnostics and repair of hydraulics is essential.
要有丰厚的专业知识、相对应行业资质及给排水从业经验，尤其是机房和设备相关工作经验。必须具备给排水系统维修及问题排查方面经验。
D. Ability to advise in the preparation of stock inventories.
有能力参与库存的准备工作。
E. A good understanding of maintenance principles (as they apply to the job description) is essential. Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate team workloads.
完全理解维护条例（见“职位描述”中所述），拥有判断并处理优先任务的能力和团队协作能力。
