About Tradewin: Tradewin is the professional global trade consultancy arm of the international logistics company, Expeditors. Tradewin in China is expanding quickly due to high customer demand. We are looking for an exceptional individual to help build our South China practice. This position offers great personal and career development potential.
Scope of Position: The Manger, South China has three main roles:

1. Management of South China related client projects

2. Development of Tradewin China services in South China

3. Assisting Tradewin China marketing initiatives design and development
 

Reports to: General Manager, Tradewin China

Principal Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for:

？ Management of China projects
？ Assisting with management of regional finance and personnel matters
？ Research on global trade related topics
？ Preparing proposals and communication with clients
？ Utilization of Tradewin China procedures, standards, materials, and toolkits
？ Quality control over project deliverables
？ Development of marketing materials
？ Recruitment of junior staffs in South China and demonstration on team management
？ Assisting China GM with service and business development activities
？ Research and report-writing on trade compliance topics
？ Development of key regional and global client and internal relationships
？ Development of relationships with local Customs and other relevant government authorities, trade associations, etc.


Qualifications:

This is a dynamic position in a fast-growing regional consulting practice. The role and responsibilities will evolve over time. Flexibility and open-mindedness will be crucial for success.

We are looking for candidates with:

？ Demonstrated project management expertise
？ Excellent organizational skills
？ Outstanding communication skills
？ 8+ years in China trade compliance (import / export regulatory) matters. Consulting experience a plus
？ Native Chinese speaker. Excellent English communication skills
Cantonese language will be a plus
