Job Duties
-Standardising all fabric qualities across Mens, Womens and Childrenswear
-Work closely with design, buying team in Australia and merchandising teams across Asia to develop fabric qualities ahead of the season
-Working closely with mills across Wovens & Knits to source, develop & nominate adopted fabric qualities
-Create systems, procedures and structure wherein we can approve prints and color from our Asia offices

Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor degree in Textiles, Master degree is preferred
-At least 12-14 years experience in similar positions
-Recent years in buying house / LO in similar profile will be preferred
-Working experience in China is a must
-Good knowledge and connections with mills across Asia (including Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh)

The apparel and footwear divisions source all areas of men's, women's and children's apparel, footwear and accessories whilst the general merchandise divisions include toys, electrical, homewares, sporting goods, furniture, stationary, to name just a few.
