QC根据AQL来检验和监控质量。检验的范围包括原材料（木托、纸箱等）、过程检验和成品检验（瓷砖、马赛克、石材、洁具等）。QC必须确保所有产品符合订单上和技术文件中的要求。每次检验完后必须提交一份详细的检验报告。如发现有任何不合格的产品，QC必须向主管报告，并和供应商一起解决问题、跟进返工的进度以及重检。QC必须阻止任何不符合标准的产品出货。

主要职责：
1/ 根据SBN的质量守则来做质量监控。
2/ 阻止不合格的产品出货。
3/ 验完货后必须在两天之内呈交一份准确完整的验货报告。
4/ 确保供应商遵守SBN的质量标准。
5/ 与QA和供应商一起合作持续改进质量。
6/ 验货时根据参照样板、技术文件、常识和经验来判断
7/ 监督装柜，确保货物、包装、托盘、集装箱符合SBN要求
8/ 有三年以上检验瓷砖和马赛克的经验。
