职位描述：
Quality Assurance and Reliability Engineer
1 Setup product reliability specification for new development projects
2 Develop reliability test process
3 Setup reliability testing facility and lead in performing reliability testing
4 Analyze testing data and develop testing reports
5 Conduct Failure Analysis and propose improvement
6 Lead in customer quality issue investigation
7 Manage product quality performance over product life cycle.

Requirements
1 BS Degree in Engineering, like Mechanical / Electronics / Automation etc.
2 3+ years of experience in reliability testing and FA experience for Electronic products within MNC
3 Be familiar with reliability design method and test method
4 Problem solver, experience in RCCA and 8D etc.
5 Good at data analysis with JMP/Minitab; Experience in quality tools MSA, SPC and PPAP etc.
6 Self-motivation, cross function team work
7 Excellent in oral and written business English
