职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead R&D department more than 20 staff, including mechanical design team and automation.
Develop new products to strengthen the division’s competitive position on the world market with special focus on the Chinese market
Innovation to Product process including product improvement, new product development, technology development and localization, with an efficient team of people with the right mix of competence and experience.
Provide processes, tools and support to ensure R&D deliverables are in accordance with Company's design guide lines, quality and safety standards and regulations.
Transfer new products to Chinese market from oversea
Secure that the R&D organization is continuously improving by coaching, developing, attracting, recruiting, retaining and motivating the team.
Establish short and long term cooperation partners to ensure access to needed competence in order to choose the right approach on projects to balance risks, time to market, and business case requirements
Be responsible for product cost and profitability
Cost reduction activities.
Cost and performance standards established
Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.

Requirement:
B.S or above
More than 12 years R&D experience in industry machinery
3 years R&D department Head experience
Solid experience in mechanical design
Strong in leadership, communication, coordination
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent customer and business orientation
Result oriented, dynamic
MNC background
