1. 收到(业务)客人订单后,能独立制作成主生产计划和分析
Receipt of sales orders and performing Master Schedule analysis.
2. 物料生产计划，采购需求，交期确认和改期的管控, 能熟练且独力的制定模具及塑胶件的生产计划的
能力，最少4年以上塑胶及模具厂的生产计划及控制能力
Material planning, purchasing requests, scheduling / rescheduling and control.
Proficient and independent in making mould and plastic production schedule. Minimum 4 years’
Production schedule and control ability in plastic and mould factory.
3.能独力管理最少3家以上的外发工厂的生产进度/验货/出货的协调工作.
Staff who can manage (the coordination work of production schedule, inspection and shipment)
at least three outgoing fty independently.
4. 产能分析，制定合理的生产计划满足客户的出货需求和每月的出货目标，核实库存水平
Capacity analysis and master production scheduling to meet customer demand and delivery goals.
Verify inventory levels.
5. 维护客户最新预测需求，当发生变动时及时提出建议
Maintain and update demand forecasts from customers and advise when there is a discrepancy.
6. 确认工作处理流程符合ISO和标准作业流程的要求
Ensure the business handling procedure is executed according to ISO procedure and standard working flow.
7. 支援本部门的其他计划员的工作
      Back up other Planners in the department
8.与相关同事一起跟进计划完成情况，确保准时出货。
 Follow up production schedule adherence with related parties to ensure supply on time to market.
9.有相关品牌手机, IPAD皮套/手袋、IPAD 壳塑胶壳及手机类壳套行业的生产计划与管理经验者优先考虑.
Give priority to the employee who has experience in production plan and management in phone case,
 folio case, IPAD, phone cases and handbag industry.

经验及学历要求
Experience/Education Required:
1. 大专或相等学历
College degree or equivalent;
2. 至少5年的相关生产工厂工作经验（包括至少1-2年注塑厂的计划经验）, 2年以上的贸易公司的
\工作经验.
Minimum 5 years’ related working experiences in a manufacturing environment (at least 1-2 year PC
experience); minimum 2 years’ related working experience in trading company.
3. 英语和国语达到熟练水平（读和写）
Fluent English and Putonghua (both spoken and written);
4. 良好的计算机技巧，包括MPR系统知识，MS Office Word 和 Excel
Good computer skills, including sound knowledge of MRP, MS Office Word and Excel;
5. 必须有充分的塑胶厂的生产计划,物料管理和ISO 9001的经验
Sound experiences with material control for plastic factory, production planning and ISO 9001 is a must;
6. 能独立完成工作和承受工作压力
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
7. 拥有团队合作精神，工作积极主动
