Job Duties:
?Contributes to the growth of Sub-Branch's business to maximize profitability and cross-sells other Group members’ product/services
?Builds an efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff
?Safeguards the Bank from potential losses
?Implements the Group compliance policy locally
?Contributes to the good image of the Bank
?带领团队积极开展公司业务拓展活动，实现效益最大化，为客户提供多元化的满意服务
?建立良好的营运体系和优质服务标准，做好员工培训工作
?做好银行内部风控工作，保护银行免遭合规风险
?建立与当地政府部门和监管机构的关系
?带领团队建立良好的企业形象

Job Requirement:
?University graduate or above with 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably a corporate banking environment In-depth understanding of the banking industry to be acquired from at least 4 years of general banking experience
?Competence in credit analysis to be acquired from at least 3 years of experience in credit
?Managerial experience of at least 2 years
?Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
?Good command of written and spoken English
?本科及以上学历,5年以上工作经验，谙熟公司银行业务
?对银行其他业务有较为全面的了解
?具信贷和/或营销相关领域经验者优先
?拥有相关人事管理经验，担任部门领导至少2年者优先考虑
?出色的沟通和社交能力，英语能力良好者优先考虑
