岗位职责：
- Strategically partner with the assigned business (HR BP and Hiring Managers) to meet their requirement needs
- In partnership with client business, design and implement proactive recruiting strategies
- Creat and communicate status reports for client business in support of the recruitment process
- Execute the recruitment process
- Assist the National Recruitment Manager with recruitment projects and initiatives to support the business
- Actively participate in recruitment initiatives such as Job Fairs and Campus Recruitment in partnership with the Organization & Staffing department
- Utilize TNT's recruiting tools & systems to track all candidate information
- Create business and corporate analysis reports as well as recruitment metrics reports
- Assist in special projects as required
岗位要求
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3 years experience in recruitment
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong customer service focus and great team player
