Title: Hiring Specialist
Reports to: HR Manager Department: HR Department
Exemption Status: Exempt Location: Dongguan
Date: August 13, 2012
Job Summary
Develop and implement company master Hiring plan and requirement. Set Hiring Channels & Efficiency Lead time.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment requirement to recruit high quality candidates for the company. Strive to ensure the selected candidates are consistent with GESTAMP culture and also have related knowledge and skills, based on GESTAMP specific requirement.
Provide guidance and support to recruitment activities of Manufacturing Site located in Gongguan area.
Develop and maintain the recruitment management including applicant tracking management talent pool to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Develop and maintain the recruitment metrics to effectively evaluate cycle timing
Develop and maintain the recruitment channels.
Working with Staffing Manager of GSO to support the recruitment projects such as project recruitment and Campus recruitment etc, based on the business demand.
Support to HR Manager ensures to follow up and to be in charge of the offer letter for some special positions.
Other assignments arranged by HRM;
Qualifications and Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR. Management or related field; At least 4 years of the experience in HR in MNC.
l Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, outgoing, healthy and has the ability to lead group to conduct daily training activities;
l Good presentation, communication and planning skill and accountability
l Good command of English both in verbal and written, CET-6;
Ø Special skill and knowledge requirements:
l Familiar with Local Social Hiring Channels
l Familiar with Annual Hiring Analysis.
l Plant experience must.

产品导向的增长路线借收购蒂森克虏伯(tk-mf)金属部件业务在2011年继续保持,为本已很广泛的生产网络又增添了17家工厂和2个研发中心。海斯坦普借此巩固了自己在西欧的领军地位,加大了在中国的市场地位并在底盘业务中获得了增长。
5.2012- 2013:亚洲
