Job Responsibility:
1. In charge of switching power supply Failure analysis affairs, includes RMA and test yield failures. Failure analysis will involve analysis on testers, bench set-up, defect localization, and root cause material analysis techniques. RMA's are to be closed off in an industry leading pace to help reduce cycle times.
2. Strategy development and Department management for accuracy of Failure analysis result and cycle time improvement, define and communicate corrective actions to responsible teams, address customer and production line problems by interfacing with applications, product, test, and design teams.
3. Team training and leading to close all issues by following an "8D" process that includes problem statement, development of effective containments, root cause analysis (to the component level), and the development and validation of effective countermeasures.
4.Yeild improvement driving.

Job Requirement:
1.+5 years power supplier experience
2.Bachelor or equal certification
3.Good communication in both of Chinese and Engilish.
