Responsibilities
In this position, you will be working on the cutting edge of media and graphics technology. As a member of our team, you will work directly with developers on Performance/Power optimization, embedding additional features and become a leading expert on Intel CPU and graphics hardware. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working with ISVs to integrate Intel current and future hardware technology into real world software to enhance the performance, power, user experience and speed time to market.
- Developing reference code based on Intel platform features that will be in the forefront at product launch
- Innovation on new usage to take advantage of cutting edge Intel platform capability in media, graphics and internet applications
- Creating technical papers and training for developers at small and medium sized events, technical conference
- As technical mentor for junior engineers and as technical leader to drive new technical opportunity
- Working closely with our World Wide teams to shape future Intel products to meet the needs of the SW industry

Qualifications
You should possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with more than 8 years of experience in rich media application or graphics technology. or a Ph.D. with more than 6 years of experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent software design and development
- Deep understand video related algorithms, graphics pipeline and/or advanced graphics algorithms
- Expertise in applications development with C/C++
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- A good communicator and comfortable with public speaking
- Interest in or experience with leading others would be an added advantage
- Understand modern computer architecture and solid expertise in IA instruction set ,application debugging and performance tuning would be added advantage
- Good English communication skill
