JOB SUMMARY岗位概述:

Enhance management in SH and reduce/avoid the risk from internal and external.

加强上海工厂的职业健康管理和员工病假/医药费报销管理，减少/避免内部或外部的风险。

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

EHS

1. Evaluate occupational disease and PPE on working site, organize hazards detection every year.

识别工作场所职业病危害因素和个人防护用品，并每年组织危害因素检测。

2. Arrange these before-job, on-job and off-job occupational health examination, guide and support HR to set up the occupational health guard files.

组织实施岗前、岗中和离岗职业健康体检，指导和支持HR建立职业健康监护档案。

3. Review occupational health examination reports and make out occupational health result notification.

职业健康体检报告审核，编写职业健康检查结果告知书。

4. Assist HR to handle occupational contraindication, skeptical occupational disease or occupational disease.

协助HR处置职业禁忌、疑似职业病和职业病员工。

5. Arrange to conduct first aids for injury and high risk patient.

组织实施工伤员工和危重病人现场急救。

6. Dispose and manage site first aid kits and organize first aid training regularly.

现场急救药箱药品的配置和管理，定期组织急救培训。

HR

7. Support HR to give occupational health guidance for a renew contact or a contact for casual laborer transferring regular laborer.

支持HR对续约合同和劳务工转合同工工作的职业健康指导。

8. Support HR to offer medical consultants on physical examination of new employees (include marketing and sales department).

支持HR对新员工入职体检提供医学咨询（包括市场部和销售部）。

9. Support HR to review sick leave application and reimbursement of medical expense.

支持HR审核员工病假申请和医药费报销。

10.Carry out health propaganda and education work and make out preventive action, when epidemic diseases occur.

遇到突发性疾病流行或爆发，组织实施卫生宣教工作，并制定预防措施。

Qualifications 任职资格：

1) Good communication/ presentation skills and team player.良好的培训和陈述技巧和团队精神

2) Good computer skills; 熟练操作电脑

3) Medical knowledge and occupational health knowledge 医学知识和职业健康知识

4) 5+ years or above working experience in hospital. 5年以上医院的工作经验

5) Enough experience on occupation health 丰富的职业健康经验

6) Practice in plant is preferred 从事过工厂的优先
