Job Responsibilities:
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
- Be in charge of below-the-line activation & merchandising
- Supports the development of the national brand marketing plan
- Leads a multifunctional team to implement the activation plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans
- Participates in various cross-functional teams – Customer Marketing, Brand Development, Finance, Consumer Market Insight, etc. and externally with local support agencies such as PR, design and activation

Key Success Measures:
- Market Share among focused channel, Brand Turnover from specific below-the-line activation
- Achievement of “jobs to be done” as specified in BMPs

Main Accountabilities

BRANDVISION PLAN (BVP)
• Supports brand building manager in translation of the BVP into the BMP.

BRAND MARKETING PLAN
• Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment:
• Supports brand audit, Jobs to be done, activation plans, scorecards & in-market pricing.
• Proposes brand below-the-line activation and measurable objectives
• With Customer Development, identifies relevant in-store solutions according to national level brand KPI’s and channel marketing strategy.
• Engages with key customers alongside CD.
• Activates execution ideas in the national market
• Monitors brand performance of below-the-line activations to implement appropriate plan changes.
• Helps coaching of junior team members in Brand Building skills and competencies.

INNOVATION & RENOVATION
• Assists the brand building manager in launch management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, activations and POS), customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree above
- Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience, relevant experience in Personal Care category is a plus
- Solid project management experience and track record and result the growth of business from below-the-line activities. E.g. Promotion, road-show etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bias for action attitude, and strong growth mindset
