Job scope:
Have sound technical skill and leadership to manage the validation lab. Work very independently. Have frequent communication across the team (designer, quality engineer, project managers, process) engineering), sometimes also including customers.

Key areas of accountability:
? Have the complete responsibility to manage the quality validation lab from end to end view
? Provide expertise to audio product validation community (including customers) for product validation plan as lab validation expert.
? Prepare and make sure the on time finishing of the audio product validation test execution plan based on demand and requirement, set up the test, validation test status monitoring, and make sure the on time execution of the plan.
? Have deep understanding of the logic of every validation test item for the audio product, then lead the lab technician team to make sure the correct set up for each test, also act as the validation test up expert to take part in validation test failure analysis.
? Validation test equipment maintenance, calibration, measurement system analysis, make sure the equipment is in good and safety condition.
? As the validation test set up expert, form/build/lead a strong lab technician team to do the validation test
? Drive the continuous improve in the test lab which include test parts management, information flow control
? Continue to drive the improvement in term of company lab validation standard.


Qualification:
? Academic / Professional Qualification: University Degree in Electronics / Mechanical /Acoustic
? Working Experience: Min 5 years’ experience, preferably in AV product. Other electronic products can be considered.
? Expertise / Skills: be familiar with the test and validation principle, equipment , acoustical tests, could be the leader in term of mind set of “Test” and “validation”
? Language skills: fluent oral/written English / Mandarin.
? Sound communication/coordination/leadership skill
? Personal Attributes: Honest, logic, able to work independently under pressure, self-control
