- CRM project management. Lead CRM&CLM integrated.
- Organize related business department to summarize the business requirement. Ensure the design /layout & implementation of CRM system updates according to the business requirement.
- Continue to enhance the usage of CRM and evaluate the best e-solution for upgrading.
- Timely problem solving to ensure normal operation of CRM.
- Regular maintenance for CRM system.
- Design data quality control SOP and lead data cleansing regularly.
- Establish database, combine and manage CRM data to support ad-hoc analysis.
- System training to internal users.
- Update of activity guideline and set up KPIs.
- Ensure KPI reporting to SF & HQ.
- Provide key findings on activity performance & suggest to management team to improve sales productivity in terms of activity (call allocation, doctor coverage).
- Provide KPI performance data (bonus / DM tracking /dashboard /new comer).
- Regularly check & push sales team to update doctor database to better target doctors in related therapeutic area.
- Support MKT plan, OP and irregular tracking project (CSD etc.)
- All employees must comply with applicable Laws, Regulations and Codes;
- All employees must comply with IPSEN Code of Conduct and China Employee Handbook;
- All employees must comply with the highest ethical standards and all applicable Ipsen Policies and Procedures;
- All interactions within the roles and responsibilities of the employee must have a legitimate intent, should be done in a transparent and truthful manner;
- All employees must be accountable and accept responsibility for their own actions;
- All employees must escalate compliance concerns using appropriate channels;
- All employees must be collaborative with the company on Ethics & Compliance matters;
- All the managers must ensure a proper oversight of their team’s activities with the purpose to ensure that the team complies with all of the above-mentioned. They must also ensure that regular messages with respect to Ethics & Compliance are conveyed to the individuals and create a compliance mindset and working atmosphere. Managers remain accountable for team’s behaviours.
Recruitment Requirements / Qualifications
-Ideal: 5 years above pharmaceutical experiences in CRM management, strong project management skill.
-Minimum: 3 year pharmaceutical experiences in CRM management. Or 5 years sales related systems experiences.
