职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with Regional Sales Director and ASM/PSMs on organization setup and optimization, team effectiveness and development.
- Leads and coaches the regional HR team to provide effective and efficient staffing, training and employee relations support to the sales department, which are important to the successful performance of the sales force.
- Works with sales management team and HR Rewards team for annual manpower planning in order to properly allocate human resources to each important section of the sales force.
- Conducts budget planning and control in terms of headcount and labor cost.
- Plays important role in personnel policies developing with regard to decisions that impact on the sales force.
- Fulfills recruitment plan in an efficient manner through effective planning, sourcing, screening and selection by the joint effort of the HR team and sales management team.
- Actively participates in the recruiting and selection process of key positions to ensure the most capable people are recruited for the appropriate position.
- Execute company policies at local level, ensure regulation and policy full compliance in field sales force.
- Maintains contacts with Sales managers, supervisors and employees through communication meetings, field market visits, answering field inquiries, and resolving personal and job related problems.
- Assists Sales managers and supervisors in handling employee performance problems, complaints and questions by providing advice, suggestions and solutions. Involves variety of headquarter office resources as necessary to resolve any serious employee relationship issues, labor arbitration cases, public related issues or fraud cases.
- Monitors the implementation of Rewards programs and the performance management programs, provides supports and advices to sales managers as necessary.
- Ensures timely and accurate update of sales employee personnel data through well trained employees, systematic filing system, and standard SAP working process.
- Prepares periodical reports with meaningful analysis and action plans on sales force headcount, turnover and other project progress.
- Works closely with Learning and Development team on sales training plan development, program development, implementation and evaluation.
- Works closely with sales management for key talent development planning, execution and follow-up of the plans.
- Reviews and approves the status change of employees, including new hires, promotion, transfer, relocation, demotion, probationary review and contract renew.
- Builds and develops a professional regional HR team
- Performs other projects or assignments as requested.
REQUIREMENTS: ?
- Bachelor degree, preferably in behavioral sciences or management.
- At least 7 years experience in the Human Resources/Personnel function and minimum 4 years' supervisory/management experience, preferably FMCG industry.
- Have good PC processing skill, and solid presentation skill.
- Fluency in English is required. People-oriented, proactive, and a good counselor with logical thinking.
- Carry high level of ethical standard.
- Be a quick learner, team player, hard working and have strong commitment to quality job performance.
- Can work under high pressure.
