职位描述：
Specific Job Duties 具体工作职责:

1. Perform a full-lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement);
        负责整个产品研发周期（设计，开发，测试模具，制造和实施）
2. Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements;
        设计符合要求的系统和部件
3. Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results;
        主导实验，分析数据和结果
4. Test and evaluate theoretical designs;
        测试和评估设计理念
5. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems;
        识别设计过程中出现的问题，并提供有效解决方案
6. Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety;
        对成品的性能，可靠性和安全进行评估
7. Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions;
        调整和改变设计以满足要求，消除故障
8. Estimate budget and scope of each project;
        对每个项目进行预算评估
9. Prepare reports and documentation.

Qualifications 任职资格

1. Proven 3 working experience in mechanical engineering;
        3年以上结构设计工作经验
2. Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other);
        熟练使用2D或3D工程设计和制造工具(AutoCAD, ProE 或其他)
3. Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, thermodynamics, materials, etc.;
        精通结构，特学，原材料等核心理念
4. Creativity and analytical skills;
        主动性和分析能力
5. Degree in Mechanical Engineering; knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering is a plus
        结构工程专业毕业. 具有制造工程专业知识优先
6. English speaking/reading and writing is mandatory.
