1. 负责公司每一季运动鞋品的设计（包括手绘草图、3D图和二维细节草图）；，工艺的制作、配色图的制作、开发过程面料、辅料的选定；

2. 进行市场调查分析，对每一季国内外新产品都有第一时间的了解；设计并参与项目相关市场趋势和公司战略；

3. 开发季节与工厂版师、技术开发人员进行产品开发的交接、材料的选择确认，款式的改版等工作；

资质要求：

1. 1年以上户外或运动鞋品设计、熟悉鞋品设计及鞋品工艺，了解鞋品面辅料的特点及运用方法；

2. 设计及相关领域本科学历；

3. 熟练掌握3D CAD 软件；

4. 掌握Adobe、Illustrator、PS图象处理软件知识；

5. 丰富的鞋类产品知识；

6. 良好的沟通能力;

7. 能适应出差.
