Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of this role include:
Liaise with various government offices to ensure official processes and events go on smoothly;
Maintain regular contact with industry seminars, contests, chemical publications as sponsored by local government and its affiliates to promote company branding nationwide;
Plan and execute corporate level communication events to promote company image and branding in Asia;
Enhance media exposure nationwide and enhance public image;
Manage corporate communication portals as assigned, including but not limited to company official website, local websites, mobile APPs, etc.;
Continuously improve corporate communication frames and structures in a systematic approach, i.e. improving internal database, communication guidelines, brochures and electronic materials, etc.;
Educate key contacts internally and maintain a high standard of public communication;
Ensure unified standards are applied at all times in all external information channels, and maintain good public image of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
5 to 10 years of experience in related areas such as government relationship management, public affairs, corporate affairs, etc.;
Good common sense and strong capability to translate industry trends and company news into written forms;
Strong interpersonal skills to drive corporate wise events;
Strong passion, presentable and highly accountable;
Good command of oral and written English;
Mature and high EQ;
Hands-on with good time management skill to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
