职位描述：
岗位职责:

1. Develop, maintain and update data models and valuation analysis in support of entire organization analytics needs and clearly present findings and impacts
2. Use software tools to combine data and knowledge from various systems to create a holistic view of sales and operation to support decision making
3. Forge relationships across all lines of business and operations and lead discussions about business cases that are developed by the BI team and how they impact other lines of business
4. Participate in business measurement framework definition and architect dashboard reporting for working team, executive and senior executive use on an ongoing basis
5. Convey and display information for decision makers by making massive internal and external data simple, accessible and engaging
6. Lead BI projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
7. Act as focal point to manage support and enhancement request
8. Manage outsourcing vendors

任职资格:

1. Bachelors in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
2. Strong experience with reporting tools like Business Objects, Tableau or other reporting packages
3. Demonstrated ability in ETL development
4. Demonstrated ability in writing and tuning SQL scripts
5. Solid communication skills and team player
6. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload
7. 7 years working experience, with multiple full cycle BI solution implementation and management experience
8. Possess mobility to work in a fast paced environment, and detail oriented
9. Good business acumen and outstanding problem solving capabilities
10. Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
11. Manufacturing environment preferred
