The client is comprised of 24 companies operating in manufacturing, software and technology development, marketing, and distribution fields in the consumer electronics, household appliances, mobile technologies, LED lighting, and defense industries


工作内容

- Responsible for setting 12 month rolling forecast;

Build a close and solid working relationship with regional distributors, KA's independent stores in Asia;

- Expanding business to new markets and customers, manage and broadening existing business activities with present customers

- Responsible for product range, pricing, sales channels, quantity, profitability, market share, sales volume, managing agreements, special and ongoing deals and market-oriented project management. (Guiding factories for product development and implement business plans for new products).

- Product customization for OEM accounts and market conditions

- Analyzing the market in its own location and also the sector trends to be able to develop the new sales and marketing strategies

- Collecting market and competitors' products, pricing information and strategies,

- Analyze business performance and prepare draft reports -such as sales, profit, inventory, market needs, customer behaviors, and convey these reports to senior management and product managers.

- Providing feedbacks on the success of the product, competitor behavior, prices and market needs

- Business development with local companies, Finding new customers-

- Following-up market dynamics and reporting to the management






理想的求职者

*A Chinese National with an university degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in sales;

*8-10 years' hands-on sales management experience on consumer goods in Asia market, demonstrating progressive responsibility and achievements in a solution sales environment, working across cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives;

*Business and target driven;

*Excellent communication and negotiation skill both in Mandarin and in English;

*In depth understanding of Asia market;

*Able to work independently and collaboratively;

*Strong leadership skills
