JOB DUTIES (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):
1. PO fulfillment:
To manage POs built on time is essential.
2. Delivery Management:
Work with shipping team closely. Ensure PO shipment can meet requirements.
3. Payment Management:
Based on PO amount and invoice, work with Finance for payment on time.
4. Cross department Coordinate:
Coordinate with internal parties to solve any inquiries.
5. Supplier Management:
Track vendor KPIs to ensure target met.
6. Material Master Data management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
1. Good writing and spoken English
2. Skillful with EXCEL
3. Basic knowledge of purchasing function concepts, processes and practices
4. Effective communication skills and confidence when dealing internally and externally
5. SQL / R or other analysis tool is a plus
6. Ability to use SAP is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Degree and/or additional relevant training and years of related experience):
1. Bachelor’s degree with major in logistics/supply chain management or Science
2. 1~3 years of relevant working experience in procurement/planning/logistics
