职位要求：<p>This position will focus on assisting with the development of XML based connections with clients in the travel industry. The Technical Account Support Manager</p><p>will be working hand in hand with the client's technical team and GTA's Technical team for XML API development and issue. The individual in this role will provide continued support to different clients, monitoring and optimization of the connectivity performance.</p><p><strong>Client Details</strong></p><p>Our client is a world leader in the provision of ground travel products and services to the fully independent travel industry. We have been the power behind some of the biggest and best in travel for decades.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><ul><li>Support and contribute to the growth of GTA' s clients using XML based services.</li><li>Support the GTA API with established client base or prospects.</li><li>Act as the technical point of contact for business partners to help facilitate communication to clients.</li><li>Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal team different kinds of analysis information and functional requirements.</li><li>Assist GTA and clients in documentation and understanding of:</li></ul><p>o GTA API quality check with clients</p><p>o Clients / Sales Team Test Cases</p><p>o analysis client's development difficulty</p><p>o generates clients performance reports</p><ul><li>Follow up on assigned tasks and action items to an acceptable closure</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Must have an understanding of XML API based connectivity.</li><li>Understanding of programming languages and best practices in programming technology.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Analytical thinker with ability to work under pressure</li><li>Ability to provide a superior level of customer service</li><li>Travel up to 30%</li><li>Travel Industry experience is a plus</li><li>programming experience is a plus</li><li>English is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><p>latest technology</p><p>global team working environment</p><p> </p><p>To apply online please click the Apply button below.
