Job Description岗位说明:

NP Guangzhou, China is a new Branch office of the world's leading consulting and engineering company solely committed to the pharma and biotech industry. We design, procure, construct, commission and validate manufacturing facilities, according to cGMP, international and Chinese FDA regulations. We work in project teams. The team typically begins a project in the Guangzhou office and ends on site during the construction and validation phases. A project may last 1-2 years. After project completion the team will be assigned to a new project and the circle repeats itself. You will be assigned to a project team as Lead Architect.

Your main responsibilities are主要职责:

l Architect design for new and existing factories, buildings and interior compliant with Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards, a close dialog with the client and other disciplines.

l Prepare Proposals to customers, estimate man hours and price for architect deliverables.

l Execute project assignments in compliance with agreed time schedule, budget and quality requirement.

l On site construction supervision & inspections. Construction drawings updating.

You will also contribute toward NP's internal development of execution methods:

l Guide new employees in NP's tools, systems and engineering methods as well as general architectural design knowledge.

l Maintain a professional network to NP world wide.

Qualifications任职资格:

l Bachelor or Master Degree in architecture engineering or equivalent.

l Minimum 10 years' professional experience, minimum 5 years' experience as lead architect design engineer and 3 years' experience in industrial factory building design, preferably in pharmacy field.

l Understand architecture design scope & deliverables at Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design phases. Creative and constructional design skills comprising:

n Clean rooms

n Internal finish works

n Material and personal flow in a manufacturing facility.

n Civil, building shell

n Site general layout /planning design

n Buildings- clean classification, fire zoning, etc.

n Infra structure-external road, fencing, etc.

l Good skill in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3d Studio Max etc. relevant Architectural 2D & 3D design, as well as in MS Office.

l Team player. Cross-cultural understanding and good communicative skills.

l Good command of written English. Good spoken command is preferable.

l Site experience from EPCM project, preferably in international engineering firm.

l Experience in architect Cost Estimate, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Analysis, and Tender document preparation & evaluation for civil contract etc.

l GMP knowledge is preferable.
