Build a long-term partnership with suppliers / factories and customers to ensure continuous improvement. 与供应商建立长期伙伴合作关系以确保品质持续稳定的提升。


1.1. Reference 工作汇报
? You will refer to the Operational Manager in China.向中国去运营经理汇报

1.2. Responsibility areas and tasks 工作职责与范围
? Schedule and attend in customer specified audits. 规划及参与客户指定的验厂审核工作
? Manage suppliers´ compliance performance and factories´ corrective action plans. 管理供应商的法规执行情况及改进措施
? Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers. 与客户和供应商建立和维护积极的伙伴关系
? Manage compliance training for new supplier and factories. 管理新供应商的法规培训
? Stay up to date with legal requirements – standards and customer specific requirements. 保持更新最新的法律法规 – 标准和客户的特别要求
? Participate in customer required workshops. 进入客户要求的工厂
? Support departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments. 协助各部门收集和协调内部与验厂审核员及各部门之间合规数据

2.1. Education and experience 学历和经验
? University graduate with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience. 大学毕业及最少3年相关工作经验
? High proficiency in written/spoken Chinese and English. 熟练的中英文口语和书面语
? Familiar with audit related processes 熟悉验厂审核相关工作流程
? Sound knowledge of labour and environmental law. 良好的劳动法及环保法知识
