Summary:

Full time position to perform human resource & administration functions for all **** Engineering Rep Offices in China. Achieve HR goals of "establishing the company talent supply chain; enhancing human capacity; enhancing retention of key talent; creating and infiltrating the corporate culture", and thus improve employee performance and loyalty, optimize human resource effectiveness. As the leader of HR & Admin Dept., affect the team members on their values, work passion, competency and sense of accomplishment. Listen, understand, explore the needs of line departments, so that make it consistent with corporate goals and culture integration.

Responsibilities职责:

1. Analyze **** China strategic plans to determine development needs and yearly work plan on HR & Admin function.

2. Lead policy development and application.

3. Ensure proper recruitment, placement, and orientation.

4. Establish Leaning organization and create the company specialised training systems to develop talent and facilitate the business strategy on talent and culture requirement.

5. Lead workforce growth through performance management.

6. Administer wage, salary, commission and bonus programs.

7. Oversee benefits systems.

8. Oversee internal and external communications systems.

9. Ensure compliance with all employment and labor law.

10. Develop and manage Human Resource & Admin staff to meet business objectives.

11. Manage financial aspects of operations.

12. Participate as a member of the **** China Management Team.

13. Oversee **** China HR Information Systems, accomplish supervisorial level salary information keying and finish all HR & Admin reports.

14. Execute Administrative Management.

15. Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.




Requirements要求:

· Bachelor’s degree majored in Human Resource Management or related subject.

· Minimum of 8 years experience in HRM with a Multi National Corporation, with at least 3 years management experience.

· Excellent communication and organizing skills, implement-oriented with great patience and carefulness

· Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, leadership and coaching.

· Creative, Flexible and willing to change.

· Fluent in English.

· Ability to travel 2 times per year, at a minimum.

· Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
