职位描述：
Job Description:
-Lead team to achieve related categories performance of our customers, via category business planning, promotion arrangement and implementation and etc.
-Effectively manage resource and maximize mutual benefits for both key customer and Unilever to deliver joint business targets.
-Manage the business relationship and long term partnership with key customer.
-Ensure flawless innovation and activity implementation in key customer.
-Be responsible to develop customer and shopper centric plans through good cooperation with internal cross functional teams
-Optimize trade Investment through manage the customer P&L – by category and negotiate category trade funding

Job Requirement:
-At least 3-5 years related international key customer management experiences, better to have CVS management experience
-Good understanding of Channel and Leading retailer customers (i.e. CRV,Yonghui );
-Excellent communication skill;
-Quick Learner;
-Good English and Presentation skill;
-Good understanding on how to transfer shopper insight into customer category plan;
-Field management experiences and good negotiation skill are preferred.
-Bachelor degree and above,
