The program is a widely diversified two-year program. By introducing a broad range of tasks in different functions to you, you will be prepared to take on a supervisor or assistant manager position in the field of logistics upon the program’s completion depending on your capabilities and career aspiration. The program delivers an accelerated development of learning and leadership skills through focused functional and corporate education, on-the-job experiential learning, as well as permanent personal coaching and mentoring.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 你需要具备的条件？
For our Elite Management Program, we are looking for motivated and dedicated young professionals with at least two years working experience. We don’t mind your degree’s major or the industry you are coming from as long as you are interested in the logistics sector and are passionate about being a future logistics leader.
To be considered as candidate for the program, you need to bring along:
