Junior Logistics Coordinator

Major Responsibilities:
? Handle all shipping documents from suppliers/ agents for cargo shipped around the world into Australia/ New Zealand.
? Check documentation accuracy against systems.
? Monitor reports from 3PL and internal system for the checking of shipping documents.
? Work closely with Australia regarding pricing or other mismatches on shipping documents.
? Update shipping data into multiple systems.


Requirements:
? Degree holder with at least 1 years experience in supply chain/logistics intern preferred
? Very good communication skills in both of English and mandarin
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Strong understanding of logistics in China – Australia/New Zealand trade for Seafreight/airfreight preferred.
? Demonstrate initiative and high level of time management skills
? Persistent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency to resolve problem
? Ability to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks, either in a team or individually
? Ability to quick learn and utilise new programs.
