集团高级培训主任

Summary of Client:

我们的客户是一家专业生产高档皮具产品为主的大型港资集团公司，产品主要销往欧美市场，主要客户有Coach、DB、Burberry、GAP等世界顶尖手袋品牌。

Reporting Lines:

Report to: 集团行政经理

Key Responsibilities:

1. 完成公司培训体系的具体实施工作；
2. 督促和协助各部门制定部门培训计划和培训大纲；
3. 编制、修订、完善员工培训手册；
4. 作好培训记录、培训考核的管理工作；
5. 拓展培训渠道和培训资源，积累培训经验和资料，并指导在各部门的落实；
6. 为内部培训师提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量和效果；
7. 负责对下属的工作能力进行辅导，分配工作任务，考核工作完成情况；
8. 负责与培训相关的设备、教学用具及场地的保管和维护；
9. 完成上司交代的其他临时性工作。

Job Requirements:

1. 大专或以上学历，人力资源、管理或相关专业；
2. 3年以上人力资源管理或培训的相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉培训市场，能与培训供应商保持联系及合作关系；
4. 熟悉内部培训及外部培训组织作业流程；
5. 对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟悉人事工作流程；
6. 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉人事管理软件；
7. 具有敬业精神和拼搏精神，能够带领团队开展日常培训工作；
8. 优秀的表达能力、沟通能力、规划能力；
9. 思维敏捷，有创新思维和开拓精神，敢于尝试。
