Job Description:
1.Provide daily support to IT infrastructure, be familiar with switch/firewall/vpn/mpls setting,dhcp/dns/dc setup and troubleshooting, door control system/cctv setup and troubleshooting
2.Provide daily support to IT application, be familiar with sql2005/sharepoint/unix
3.Provide daily support to IT security issue, be familiar with IT security technology/process/application, having ISO27001 experience is plus
4.Provide backup support to helpdesk when helpdesk team is busy

Requirements:
1.College in computer science or equivalent disciplines;
2.Has the experience with ISO27001 and network security;
3.Good spoken and written English, can communicate with foreigner in English fluently, sometimes needs to support user all over the world;
4.Preferred but not required, MCSE/CCNA.
