Job Descriptions

Key Accountabilities:
1)To verify correctness & completeness of consignment instruction provided by shippers
2)To handle all incoming telephone booking in the department
3)To arrange cargo & document pick-up when necessary and update freight receiving record into e.tms.
4)To request for customer's shipment approval on behalf of operations staff when necessary.
5)To handle HAWB & invoice release to shippers and to follow up on invoice and billing status for F2F shipment.
6)To send pre-alert and shipment status to customers & overseas office when requested.
7)To perform export declaration on behalf of customers when necessary.
8)To file all shipment record correctly and timely.
9)To handle general enquiries from internal departments, customers and overseas offices.
